Bakery Products

Due to the nature of fresh bakery items, all bread and baked goods from AL5 Sourdough are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sourdough loaves
  • Sourdough cinnamon buns
  • Any other baked goods

Because these items are made fresh and are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once they have been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order — for example if an item arrives damaged or incorrect — please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.

Merch & Accessories

Merchandise such as bread knives, aprons and bread bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received them

You will also need proof of purchase when requesting a return.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
