Explore our range of handcrafted sourdough breads baked in small batches in Harpenden. Each loaf is naturally fermented using a live sourdough starter and simple ingredients to develop the flavour, texture and character that traditional sourdough is known for.
Our sourdough collection includes classic loaves, seeded breads and sweet bakes such as sourdough cinnamon buns. Every product is made using slow fermentation and carefully selected ingredients to create beautifully crisp crusts, soft open crumbs and rich flavour.
All breads are baked fresh and prepared for local delivery within the AL5 postcode area, helping ensure every loaf arrives at its best.
